Hey, thanks for the welcome. I m from Alberta and I'm 37.

I m a pretty casual lifter trying to get back into it. I had a few injuries in my late 20s that slowed me down and every comeback I made resulted in the same outcome but this last one I ve been going more and more and it's been almost 2 years and I m slowly ramping up and starting to enjoy the gym again but it took awhile. I mostly just tagged along with my gf and absolutely hated every minute but I m getting to the point where I miss the gym when I can't make it that day.

I m making it 3 or 4 times week now and I m happy with that. I play rec hockey still a few times a week so I typically dont do both on the same day.

I'd like to up the intensity of my workouts and the duration some now. I don't have a dedicated schedule/workout and as mentioned I have couple nagging injuries that has caused me to avoid certain exercises and body parts that I have to correct if I m going to get a little more serious.

Thanks
