Thanks for the welcome everyone!

Quick induction I'm 33, from Nova Scotia, started lifting about 11-12 years ago when i joined mens league rugby(played in highschool). Trained on an off for a few years both at home and in the gym for both rugby/mma but never really buckled down and got serious about it till last year.

I joined a local gym at the beginning of 2019 with my mind set on being here for the long haul and not just another new year/new me client. Was fairly consistent with training for the year and started experimenting with some more structured routines. As opposed to the "bro split" days of the week. Started really dialing in my training this year till the gyms closed, but have a fairly dialed in on a 5 day powerbuilding style routine I'm working on now that seems to be going well so far since I've started it 3 weeks ago.

Looking forward to browsing around the forums and getting to know everyone and learning some new things and just having a place to share our passion that seems to be far less dramatic then a few other places I've stumbled upon when I was lurking around before I signed up here.
