Hey y'all! 403 here. 38yrs old have been out of the game now pushing 3 years. Life kids. No better time to get back into it. Have some phartech sus250 and winny on hand for my first cycle back. 5'11 175. While I have not trained like I use to I have remain active and keep a healthy veggie diet and it has worked for me. Def not for everyone. Training to cut. Have enough experience to feel comfortable running first one back but always welcome advice.
