Hello everyone, my names Garrett, I’m 25 and from GTA, Ontario. I’ve been working out for now for 2 years but was an athlete in school playing football/rugby.

I’ve come here to learn everything I can from people who hold the torch in terms of the things to do and what not do, or where to go and where not to go. I’ve seen a lot of forum boards, this is just the best one I’ve found so I joined up. Thank you all.
