Hey guys, Nope not a programmer, actually sell commercial and residential lawnmowers, compact tractors, trimmers etc. Me and my wife spend 4-5 days a week at the gym, im 26 and have been training for around 6-7 years consistently, done a few mild cycles, just 500mg test, added some proviron once and the last one a little over a year ago added in like 300mg tren. Havent been lifting for strength for awhile but my max lifts were 615 dead, 375 bench and 490 squat, training more for size now, more Dorian yates styled workouts and loving it. Im from the Okanagan in BC. My wife is the best motivation for the gym, works her butt off we train together 4-5 days a week, Her max deadlift is 375 and reps out 315 for 4-5, shes 5'8 and 148lbs so shes pretty strong for her size.
