Thanks for the welcomes everyone!
I'm 50 yrs old and been training for 35 yrs.
Originally from the GTA but now I'm near the Hamilton area and I'm happy to have found Canadian brawn since I was previously with Northern Muscle I had a different username back then ....bostaff.
