Very high estradiol result

Currently running 300 test cyp, 210 primo, 350 tren ace. This e2 result has to be from the tren, right? Is it just a coincidence that it matches free test almost exactly?

Primo has always kept my e2 in range, even on much higher doses of test.

Prolactin is in range.

This is at least my fourth time running tren, and I've never seen a result like this, but I've also pushed the dose higher this time.

I'm still waiting on the sensitive e2 results, but lifelabs is taking forever.

Getting regular estrogen blood work done on tren is useless. Yes, it has to be from the tren. I'm not a tren guy, never will use it but have read enough blood results for other members for eons to know when on tren if you ask for a regular hormone profile, don't bother paying attention to the estrogen. My point is I don't give advice on tren as I don't have enough experience but this is a clear yes. Go by how you feel, or follow what @Redz said if the sensitive E2 test will be accurate.
Yes, it is a fluke the numbers are the same. Your free test should be high. On TRT and 150 mg of Primo my free test is considerably higher than normal parameters and my total test is at the very top of normal parameters. Most DHT's, for me Primo in particular, pushes my free test through the roof. You are taking more testosterone than I do and more Primo that I used to when it was easily available.

Thanks @Goldenrod, as always i respect your insight. I just needed reassurance that I'm not walking around with 10x the upper reference range of estradiol. 😂

Btw. What's your take on SHBG? I've read a lot of conflicting info on whether it's best to be lower or higher. I know low SHBG means more free circulating test, but then I've heard your body can't really use it.

Your SHBG is low because you are taking exogenous testosterone and Primo. I find Primo drives mine down low too and I don't put too much into it. Even TRT over time will give you a lower number.
While I don't pay much attention to it, I want more free hormone/unbound levels as they are better for building muscle, sex drive, etc. I don't know how you have both when you are causing the issue. You can increase your metabolic health - visceral fat, liver health, etc. and increase SHBG but don't think it will do much if you are on blasting hormones.
For example high insulin significantly reduces the livers ability to produce SHBG which is a problem if you are looking at a person who does use PED's such as HGH, insulin, testosterone, and all the other steroids (too many to mention.)

Every blood test when my total test is a little high, free test is much higher than normal, SHBG js always low. Doctors check SHBG to diagnose diseases but when it is being caused by exogenous hormones, it means next to nothing. There are tons of ways, basic things you can do in daily life to increase SHBG, but I have no idea if they will work while you are injecting/taking hormones that are causing the issue.
One of the way any educated Endocrinologist will know if you want TRT and are potentially pushing your hormones lower on purpose is testing a few hormones and one is SHBG. Still doesn't mean they won't give you it, but most Endocrinologists are not stupid when they see a block of muscle walk in with low testosterone. If they just tested total testosterone, any bodybuilder could get TRT within a short amount of time test test (no ester or Propionate).

Interesting topic as unbound testosterone is connected to SHBG numbers but it is like saying I have high testosterone when you are injecting 500 mg of T E a week and want to have a more health testosterone number in the high range of normal.
I am interested in other's opinions as I read a lot, listen to educated people IRL and on the forum, but only use a few injectables in low dosages. Don't touch orals ever, take very low dosages, and only use 4 compounds that have been around for a very long time. I am the first to play mad scientist with some peptides after a lot of research as I have saved myself a lot of pain and healed many of my active dogs with BPC157.

You probably knew everything I just said, but unless you get everything and still have a low SHBG number, it comes in my paid blood work but it remains fairly stable and is not in the normal parameters.

Hope all is well.
