Morning - first read the rules, if you don't have time to and continue to break the rules with your first post asking for a source - the easy nature of most staff/admin may erode.
This is not a source board, so do not ask for steroids, HGH, etc. We love new members - complete rookies and experienced gents/ladies. Read on the forum and post. We all started somewhere. Do not send chat messages or PM's to individuals asking for PED's - you will get reported or someone will see your PM (private message).
We have competitors, regular gym guys, women competitors, coaches, and tons of knowledge on the forum all led by a very fair owner.
Stick, around, comment, add what you can, ask questions, and be patient.
If the first post hours after you join is saying something along the lines of please send me the e-mail to this lab. Keep in mind no one knows you yet, and no one is dim enough to do it so if this continues, the end result may be an instant banning or a formal warning and you are on the watch list - mess up again, and it isn't three strikes and you are out. There are only so many mods/staff/admin here, if it wasn't for great members who report in, it would be hard to catch all the rule violations.
Again - please read the rules, if you don't understand something, send taureau, or any mod/staff the question in PM and we are all willing to help, but not provide sources.
