My handle here has no real origin based on any real world stuff. At the risk of exposing myself it's just a word I made up and used when I had a few in me back in the day. First time was gooned up at a house party and somebody bumped into me and spilled my beer then became overly panicky cause they thought I was gonna freak on them. I played into it and started acting like the hulk, stomping around growling and 3rd person words came out of my mouth like "Gondar Mad! Gondar crush you now!" threw some beer cans around, hit a most muscular that kind of shit. Not serious, just crack the boys up ya know? Freak the guy out for a sec then apologize and hug him - all good bro. So it sort of became a character as it does among friends, use your imagination. "don't get Gondar mad" Good fun.
Shout out to an old friend Big Ron, I just became aware of this I've only just watched a very little bit of it but Imma have to investigate who wrote it because a bunch of what I saw really seems to be possibly inspired by those good old days and some of the local crowd, like I think I recognize a few of them, maybe even Gondar(sp).
*Fuck me I just watched a bit more, even some of the subject matter and terms they use. Pretty wild, I know possibly nobody but me gives two shits about this but it wouldn't be out of the question to think that somebody here might have been a member of that old scene.
