I trained JKD for several years (at Creative Fighters Guild in Richmond BC). I loved it.

I apologize for taking so long to reply. I don't know if your club was into certification in JKD, but there is a major overhaul happening within the various Jun Fan/JKD groups. Your group was a Concepts Group from Paul Vunak?

Yeah my instructor was Trevor Clarkson, who trained with Vunak.

It's getting kind of funny with the different guys that trained with the original Jun fan guys with Lee. It looks like there is going to be a split of sorts (amiable) of the Jun Fan group (Original) and the JKD group (Concepts). It is all over why people have been giving Certification when Lee never did it. He just had teachers and students. The old Gung Fu way.
