This might be a cool idea just to keep us remembering to check and even comparing with others etc.

Mine today are:
Breathing rate 15 bpm
Blood oxygen saturation 96%
Resting heart rate 57 bpm
Heart rate variability 31ms
Skin temperature variation +0.5°C

Thats really good man good job
Thx

It was tough to get rid of the junk food habit which is what made me fat, but now its easier.

My goal is 165 and 8%, I'll hit it, I have been losing about a pound a week the last bit. Been easier lately because my butcher is off and I am doing his and my job, so I am working 12 hour days running my ass off, lol.

I have Diastasis recti, have for years, but I just realized what the bulge in the center of my abs was when doing tri pushdowns. Guess lack of cose control while all the heavy lifting started to spread my abs. Its not really bad, but I am working on that as well. That was the motivation to lose weight, I thought it was fat bunching up, lol.

I breathe in and I breathe out. That is good enough for me.
It should be that simple…when stressed from work (usually pace), when i take a minute and remind myself to breath deeply and slow down, i find that i had been tensing up and not breathing properly

So…. I am with you…for good mental health it is usually as simple as remembering to breathe in and out.

Taking breaks is another great reminder. Days at the office i typically eat at my desk while working. Lately been reminding myself to go for a 10 minute walk. Fresh air and moving always good for mental health.

Thx

That's what I have due to an abdominal tear in the eighties. I can't hit abs directly, but ibuki and sanchin breathing help.

Mine is likely form all the cow pieces I have lifted at work that were likely heavier than I should have lifted. I had both ingunial hernias done when I was younger from that.

Mind you I never realized what it was and just kept training like I normally would and it hasn't gotten worse. When I am fatter it sticks out more than when I am lean.

I hear the exercises can help, and I bet it likely pretty much goes away when I am leaner because I am doing vacuum poses and constantly sucking in and flexing in the mirror when I am leaner, lol. So I was accidentally helping to close it together. That's why I thought it was just fat puffing up.

How did you tear yours abs?

One-arm push-ups. I felt it instantly, and I swear I heard a crunching sound when they tore. I had a kickboxing class that night, and it wasn't fun at all.

You must have hurt it before, or strained it for just a 1 arm push up to do that. I remember when I trained and I would do 1 arm push ups, that was an eternity ago.

Nope. It was my first ab injury, and I was in peak shape, maybe a little overtrained.
