Physical activity may protect against prostate cancer

I can see this being fact from my experience with chronic prostatitis. If I slack a bit and become a little more sedentary (winter hibernation) my prostate issues flair up. On the other hand, if keep up with my leg, pelvic and hip stretches and get on the treadmill for 20minutes minimum per day, I forget I even have a prostate.

Exercise along with sex at least once every three days. Keep the blood moving in the area and clean out the pipes at healthy intervals.
