You are throwing everything at it, but if you blasted and cruised it will still take time. I know what they say about Proviron but it is steroid and I would drop it. It makes no sense to me if it is oral TRT, how it can help fertility except in the days docs were misled and used the rebound effect. When you didn't have enough sperm or morphology was off - they would give you exogenous test, stop and hope it would make your testes bounce back. It didn't work, and the old system has gone the way of the dodo bird. I know Proviron is still prescribed, but I don't follow the logic in how it will help and some info says it increases sperm and quality of the sperm, but at the same time it is an androgen used to replace people who are deficient. We all know what happens on TRT - your testes shrink, and eventually stop producing normal amounts of testosterone and sperm. Hence the contradiction, my opinion is don't take it, but many will argue.
Keep in mind 8 years, if you used high doses and never came off - do not expect, even with all the compounds, you will be fertile in a month. Your best bet is to keep your PED use to yourself as doctors may be less apt to help you - wrong, but some blame steroids and tell you to stop and give it time and nothing else.
Get a sperm test after a few months. I suspect you will find your numbers will be acceptable for fertility but morphology won't be great. In other words many of the sperm can't swim as they don't have tails. It gets better with time and with more time, you will find your number of sperm should increase and morphology should improve.
There are exceptions - I know B&C guys who got women pregnant and I know guys who who were on TRT only and stopped, and no matter how much they tried, no success.
As for dosages above - I can't confirm if the dosages are best. Maybe some can, but the typical go to protocol is HCG's in higher dosage, HMG is you can get your hands on it, and clomid. Not sure you will need an AI unless your testosterone/estrogen balance is off. Hence involving a doctor who understand male fertility - hard to find. They mostly concentrate on females, but some are educated. If you have been B&C's for 8 years, chances are the doctor(s) will question on you on PED usage as they are dim (and you must be large). You can admit if you want, but if a regular GP - they may not help you which is wrong. I wonder if you could go to a hormone clinic and explain your situation and ask for help. You will have to pay for it, but if you want children, it is worth it.
Best of luck.
