Yearly blood work. It's with a new doctor who is only in town for 4 or 5 more months. He admitted he's not a hormone person. I was feeling like shit awhile ago after I dropped down from a little extra test to my 110mg a week script. I tried taking my aridmex again and it helped. So this blood work is on 0.33 mg aridmex and 55mg test E taken 2x a week.

My LDL is always elevated, but it deffinitly got higher. I notice when I do my HITT cardio it drops a lot and I haven't been doing it. I'm too worn out and trying to catch up on sleep to do it right now. I figure adding more to my training will cause a over training state just based on how I feel, but I think I'll try to add it back in and see how it goes.

My estrogen is high even though I'm on 0.33 aridmex a week. But I'm not sure how long I need to take aridmex before its working to full extent. I've been on it 2 weeks or so now? But I think high estrogen was deffinitely causing me issues?

My A1c is high, but its been 5.5-5.9 for the last 4 years or so and nothing will budge it, except doign my HITT cardio regularly.

Have you experimented with any adjustments diet wise?
Of course I don’t know what your diet consists of, but from personal experience, my lipid profile looks its best across the board when opting for unsaturated fats instead of saturated fats. Just some food for thought!

Ya I have experimented with my diet a lot over the last 5 years. It does help to focus on the eating the "good fats" for sure, but in all honesty, my diet has consisted of mainly good fats for years and so there's not a lot else I can do about it unless I switch to eating a more plant based diet.. But then I fear I will crumple trying to eat a more plant based diet and also lift.

Just threw some Red yeast rice in the amazon cart. I'll try it for 6 months and get some blood work done again
