Looking to add some motsc to the peptide stack I’m currently taking, mainly for energy throughout the day as I have been feeling a little more fatigued lately. Anybody care to share their personal experience with it and what protocol they followed? Online I’m seeing anything from 1mg to 10mg a day which is an insane variation. Thanks 😊
 
I did two weeks of 3mg Sun/ Tues/ Thurs, then 6 weeks of 5mg on the same schedule. That was stacked with 5-amino-1MQ and NR. I did feel improved energy during workouts, not super dramatic. Less fatigued overall.

Nicotinamide Riboside, it's an NAD+ precursor, very similar to NMN. That's why I take 5-amino-1MQ, it suppresses an enzyme called NNMT which inhibits conversion to NAD+.
