And really, it’s been 4 in a row of successful diets, but the first was a big drop that spurred it all at 40, but I wasn’t like - abs showing lean, but I lost like 40 pounds and put me in striking range. I tried for 20 years over and over to get lean, and I’d have varying degrees of success with it, but never dialled it in like I have been. FOMO on the weekends with friends would always kick me out. But I kept trying. I used to be quite big, like between 265- 285, big - strong, and looked it. However that’s not a recipe for longevity, and I was just over being big big, when I wasn’t using it for anything, it felt superfluous, and heavy. I’m also a grappler, and I feel it on the mats as well. All weights that once felt light in my 20s, the 250s and 260s feel wildly heavy these days. I weigh 245 in my after pic, carb/fat loaded. My abdominal pic is from 2 weeks as I was nearing the end of my diet, I’m 236 there. I was 263 starting Jan 1, heavier than I had been by a lot; over the previous years where 240 was the ceiling. I’m happy to have the weight off again, and I’ll never purposely gain it again.

I’m 6’3. 44 in 3 days. So.. 44
I took one 400mg test dose every two weeks as usual.

I used 12.5mg of Dianabol for the last two weeks of my diet through the most intense deficit.

And a bunch of supplements. Like actual supplements.

I thought I had an old thread but maybe it’s in another section? Anyway.. somewhere around 10-12% body fat I’m guessing? I’d like to once get like - ultra shredded, but I’m not willing to use the chemical gauntlet for that. If I can hold close to this condition and try again after summer, maybe I’ll get close.

77 days all told. 11 weeks. I was also sober throughout. That was also nice.
