Last long weekend of the summer. What do you folks have planned??

Tonight I hope to finish season 1 of Prison Break. Tomorrow cut the lawn and take off some boxes of honey. Sunday I am going to a auto show and Monday taking off more boxes to extract the honey.
 
It’s fall fair time where I live so we will head out to support the local 4 -H clubs and buy a side of beef. It will keep the freezer full until next year.

Yard work and spending time with the kiddos.

Lots of time on the boat surfing and wake boarding before taking the boat out for the season... then stand on the dock and weep at the end of summer (which in Alberta we will not see again for 9 months).

PS Or if it rains tons of mudding with the quads
 
Today, Pizza and birthday cake for my kids for dinner with all the familly, then going to give an account and fix a day for my next tattoo.
Tomorow prepare our camp and other thing for the hunting season that's coming soon.
 
Today we're helping set up for the annual loggers sport, our 2 oldest grandkids will also come with us. Sunday and Monday it's back to work.

This one is more for entertainment value, the participants have skits they use pretty much every year more or less. They do the three events pole climbing, log cutting and log rolling but for the most part it's comedy entertainment and the monies received goes to "tour de rock".

They thought about doing a sanctioned event this year but it was just so involved and the money laid out was more than the committee had available and at the end of the day they didn't think they'd make a whole lot more.

my great great grandfather was a lumber jack in the Ottawa valley. Sometimes I need stuff cut up here on the farm and I get my buddy in to help. Having not grown up around chain saws I am smart enough to respect them and know simple stuff I can do but pass on using it over my head lol
 
Working Sat/Sun, but have Mon -> Wed off. Ive been putting off cleaning my gutters all summer. This weekend its happening... unless I find a good reason to push it off for another week. Im sure something will come up.
 
I’m being lazy. I did all my work earlier this week, my guts acting up so I’m taking it easy before going back to work next week.
