Caber is known to increase sex drive, which is often enough to create more ejaculate. The more you enjoy the experience, as a rule - the more you ejaculate but read up on caber before you jump on it. If you have the wrong personality (there are physical serious sides too), it can mess with your head and not in a good way. I know a few guys who completely changes like a split personality when on Deca and needed something for prolactin.
It works so no disagreement @Juice87, but I think there are safer options. I have not used it for sexual reasons, but I am friends with some who have and they love it so for some, like most meds, it is great. Just a word of caution.
