How to deal with facial redness? + New Cycle update

Sup guys, I started my new cycle about 2 weeks ago and so far I‘m pretty happy with it. I used to always do Test p 500/week plus some var and maybe GW and maybe some other orals thrown in here or there. This is my fourth cycle and this time I decided to do something different and I‘m taking test p 215/week and Mast 420/week.

On Test 500, every single cycle by week 4 I‘d have gained 20-25lbs and then as I‘d gain muscle I‘d be like 35-40lbs more than my start weight come week 10ish. I always hated how much water weight I‘d gain so quickly and I‘d always get moon face, not crazy but It was annoying.

This time around on lower test and high mast I‘ve gained 4lbs in 2 weeks which is way better than the normal 20-25lbs. I also don‘t have the same bloated face I normally would.

However, I still have redness in my cheeks and around my cheek bones, I‘m not bloated like before but still have that redness, off cycle I‘m pretty prone to flushing where my cheeks and ears would get hot and really red out of nowhere and it’s noticeable because I am of pale northern European decent but on cycle it‘s like a constant redness, almost like I have a mild sunburn. Anyone know what causes this redness and anything I can do to make it go away? TIA

Agree Normally I am 122/78. On a cycle now and this am post Pin and coffee 139/86. It will go down, most notably my face is flushed.

Do you monitor your blood pressure? Are you taking an.a.i or did you on test 500?

What is your BP and RHR? Are you using and ED meds like cialis for pumps or for your prostate daily? Are you taking any supplements such as licorice root? I mention licorice root as it is an excellent liver supplement but it can increase your BP.

If it very noticeable, you aren't taking long lasting ED meds like cialis and your BP is good - get blood work done.
You can pay and have it private or go to your doctor or a clinic and ask for a full workup. I never had a doctor say no and when you pay - you pick what you want. If you go that route and want help with what to order - there are a lot of guys who do regular blood work (pick and pay) and can help. That being said, a doctor's opinion is often best unless you are checking hormones. Most GP's know less about hormones than the regulars here. Keep in mind your results are going to be off if a doc does hormones, and you are going to have to explain. Chances are they are just going to tell you to stop and come back in two-three weeks for a repeat. This is a double edged sword - probably decent advice if the doctor isn't a prick but forever in your medical file and any issues you have doctor may blame on steroid use when it has nothing to do with that factor (in the future).

I prefer to order/interpret my own but will consult doctors who are friends if I can't make sense of the results.
Good luck

Did you test your hematocrit and hemoglobin?

I can't remember exactly if they proved mast does decrease estrogen but, if you take any anti-estrogens it spikes your hematocrit and hemoglobin
