How many people have tried retatrutide and what was your experience?

I take my 3rd dose tomorrow. I did 2mg to start and 2.5 last weekend. I’ve noticed some appetite suppression and for sure feeling full quicker and for a longer period of time. No ill side effects yet. But as a lifetime of eating what I want, when I want and the issues that arrive with it, Reta hasn’t started melting anything off yet. I’ll stay the course. I might bump up again tomorrow. Or start splitting doses. Curious to see how this stuff works out.
Took ozempic for almost 2 years to lower A1C and lose weight. A1C went down drastically but never got the weight loss

Did ozempic lower your A1C because you ate less carbs over all or did it work in another way?

Retas been blowing up on facebook. Curious who has tried it and if they liked it or not. Id like to try it out.
I think its blowing up for good reason. Im so thankful for it. Been on for a few months with great results but I had to go through finding the right supplier bc the first few I ordeed from did not work at all. I eventually found a really good one luxpeptides.ca with clean good product and fast shipping.

For those who have used retatrutide intermittently, how long were you off before restarting? Did appetite suppression return at your initial starting dose?

I lost the appetite suppression at around 2-3 mg per week and didn't want to increase the dose or stay on indefinitely, so am interested if anyone took a break from it and whether that helped reset the way they respond to it.

I have never felt the need to go over two I bounce around 1.5 to 2mg a week awesome tool of used correctly start low titrate up personally with how strong it is I don't see why people go over 2-3mg

I just got off of it this week, so I’ll get back to you with my observations at a later date on this. I’ve been on Reta for just over a year.

I got a lot more out of tirzepatide than reta. More appetite supression and went to basically zero visceral fat on dexa scan. Used both at typical starting doses, never went up.

Reta for me seemed like I would need to titrate up reta to get the same effect - not worth the trouble.

Good that Tirz worked for you Reta isn’t known for the hunger suppression but it is more effective outside of that part. I’ve dropped 47.7lbs with Reta and destroyed the visceral fat, liver fat and more. Fixed cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar and more. Still 232lbs now I melted the fat off with Reta. Number 1 compound I’ve ever tried by a mile.

Works great. I easily lost abiut 20lbs in 12 weeks. The only thing I did not like was the slower digesting. Pre training meals took forever to digest.
