How do I reconstitute bpc 157?

I'm not familiar with hgh and peptides.
If I add 10ml of bac water to 10mg of lyophilised bpc 157 than each 1ml will be 1000 micrograms correct? So 0.25ml would be 250micrograms, am I doing this right?

I add 1.5 ml with a 25guage im and hit .3ml a day with a slim for 1 mg a day. Store peptide in freezer constituted vial in fridge in a light blocking container in an area that won't be agitated.

Yes - I didn't read all the other answers so maybe you already received it but that is what I do too but it is 1 ML or 2 ML (1 full or 2 Full slin pin's full of bac water). Each 1 notch on a slin pin will be 1 mg or 1000 mcg's. If you prefer 500 mcg's or 1/2 mg, you can add 20 ML's and the instructions are the same. I prefer 20 ML's so if I want 500 mcg's, I just take take 1 notch of the 10 on a slin pin.
Just personal preference.
As for my pup, I prefer 2 slin pins of bac water as it easier to take out a small amount. 1/2 of 1 notch is 250 mcg's. I think when you said 10 ML - I assume you meant just one full slin pin of water.

Hope it works BB. My guy is getting old and slowing down. I hate watching it. I’m going to have a hard time deciding when he’s experiencing too much pain and whether or not to put him down.
Yea it's pretty hard. I've had my girl almost 14 years, longer than my wife. My dog now is pretty much on palliative care, she's not able to get up on her own she's peeing in her bed. She can walk but can't get up to walk. I don't think she's going to recover.

I am so sorry for the situation you find yourself in. Been there and the kindest thing you can do is often say good-bye. It is also one of the hardest things to decide when the time is right.
The dog is yours, you clearly care so you have to make the decision (don't take my comments as suggesting anything) but when any of my animals are in pain and it can't be controlled or fixed, or all quality of life for the dog is gone because they can't be a dog anymore - I know it is time. Dogs try to hide pain and problems - in the wild they may be killed or left by the pack so they try to hide it.
We always stay with them until they are gone and then grieve.
I think we all want to do what is best for our animals regardless of how much it hurts.

Been through this many times and you have my empathy @Bigbear and @Musclemaker.
