Do you guys find Canada Post to be reliable?

Had an instance where they seemingly lost my package, and there were no updates for longer than a week until I had to reach out myself. They still weren't doing anything with no follow-up replies. Now I'm paranoid of receiving my packages through Canada Post, because what am I supposed to do if I'm receiving any unrefundable goods and they just disappear lol. It was a hair loss medication, btw.

I hate Canada post. Much prefer Purolator. I’ve never had an issue with Purolator and my packages always come a day early. With Canada post, it’s ALWAYS at least 1 day late or more, which isn’t the end of the world, but I have had multiple packages drop off the face of the earth and then reappear a month later to be delivered. Very strange. Don’t think I’ve had one completely disappear but definitely stop moving for a solid month

That sucks :/ I don't even mind the packages being delayed, but they seem to deserve all the hate for being a pain in the ass. I wonder if requiring a signature could prevent packages from being lost somehow.
 
I just had my order arrive from GGC no problems whatsoever. When down to shoppers, signed for the package and on my way.
Was good this time around and has been good since the strike ended. The package was mailed from Ontario and delivered to British Columbia.
