Yeh its definitely gonna require some extra rehabilitation efforts to get my shoulders back to "normal".
I learned very early on about shoulder injury and weighlifting unfortunately. In highschool we had a strentgh training class and part of the program was recording our 1rm. I incline barbell benched 2 45s and a 25 per side. So 275lbs with the bar included i believe. And i weighed a ripped 157lbs at the time at a measured 7% bodyfat. Measured by my massively steroided gym teacher ( big test, deca, dbol looking greek guy) lol. Well i felt and heard a little tearing in my right shoulder. Since then i never barbell benched or pressed anything. The injury was always present if i abused the strength side of training.
Fast forward to now after over 20 years of constuction work and 25+ years of training i definitely have caused some damage even with caution and supplementation.
Hoping the rest and at home physio alongside the healing stack will do my shoulders right.
Annoying that it happened right after i stopped the deca so that i could really feel all my damage. But its actually a good thing in the way that i wont be masking the injury with deca and instead can really know how its feeling and healing better.
