Bloodwork - Gyno

So my bloodwork came back after taking 100mg/weekly 50mg x 2 shots a week. Monday mornings and Thursday Evenings. I got blood work done because I woke up with puffy nipples one day -- thought nothing of it until they were sensitive and then i felt a small disc shaped lump under my left nipple so definitely got scared and got the bloodwork done. Unfortunately my doctor keeps telling me these numbers are normal for men --- which clearly they are not.

I did drop my TRT dosage down to 40mg x 2 shots a week -- contemplating going even more to just 30mg x 2 shots a week.

Just looking for some guidance on what to do next --- I've hopped on nolvadex at 20mg/daily -- its been 11 days since and no change so far.
any input helps! thank you

Not sure why your doctor would say this is normal, but they do not know everything and your numbers are not terrible, but with the palpable lump I do not understand how they can let you walk out. I was given a monogram and ultrasound the one time I felt a small lump to confirm. It subsided by itself without the use of anything other than B-6 (Injectable from the pharmacy) as my prolactin was slightly high. I am sure it would have dropped down as my body got used to the NPP.
I would take literature with me from the Mayo Clinic and reputable sites they can't argue with if you still have the lump. It can be a normal reaction to have erect nipples to TRT, my better half calls me nips as you can see my nipples with a T-shirt on, but they are not sore, no lump, and I could give a shit.
B-6 - if taken orally buy P-5-P at any decent health food store or order it and it should reduce your prolactin. I prefer injectable and no script is needed - any pharmacy can order it, but some of the pharmacists who act like it is an opioid can refuse and there is nothing you can do. Regardless, I argue with them - it is not controlled and you don't get a rush so how am I going to hurt myself supplementing with a higher bioavailable form of B-6.
As for high estrogen, question is which one or is both the cause. Simple Nolvadex (a Serm) is often the first product people reach for, but there are significantly stronger options. Some people prefer AI's like arimidex or aromasin.
It is not surprising to have a lower luteinizing hormone - goes hand in hand with TRT.
Reducing your dosage, should drop it as well as your body is just trying to keep your hormones in balance, but unless you are one the few unlucky ones 100 mg/week of testosterone should not cause high estrogen or prolactin but everyone reacts different.
Good luck

You can try injecting daily or every other day, that should help bring your estrogen down.

How long have your been on trt for?

What is your body fat? The more you carry the higher your conversion to estrogen
