blood work high E2 question

Hi guys I'll try to keep this brief and point form so I don't eat up too much of your time:
-52 year old male 15.8% BF
-blood pressure and HR is good
-current cycle pinning EOD, because its EOD averaged per week is 525 Test E and Masteron 175mg
-8 weeks into cycle, I did Anavar for the first 6 weeks approximately 40mg per day, been off Anavar for a 2 weeks now
-Reta 2mg per week
-I'm concerned that my Estradiol at 293 is very high
-I don't seem to have high E2 side effects, I was easily angered a couple of weeks ago but I seem fine now
-No gyno or itchy nips, no acne
-Moring wood is good and sexually performance is great
-I work out 6 days a week PPL
-10mg of creatine supplement every day
-the attached blood work is from 2 days ago, since I pin EOD this was the day after I pinned
Any help or suggestions is appreciated, I do have Nolvadex and Arimidex if needed.

Thanks again!Screenshot (86).pngScreenshot (87).png

How often are you getting bloodwork ?

Where was it last time?

Cholesterol and creatinine is a bit concerning.

Get retested soon as possible but if no real E2 sides I’d get sorting out the other things.

I get blood work done every 3 months, but this time I had bloodwork done a month ago as well but wasn't tested for hormones, just a regular blood panel. This time I paid for these tests as this is the first time I have been tested while on cycle. I'm using creatine could that be the reason for my high creatinine levels? My doctor has seen my creatinine levels this high but made no mention of it. I will work on my cholesterol, it could be from the Anavar a few weeks ago? Thanks

Unless my estrogen on labs shows high enough to put me at health risks, I treat it based off symptoms. Your EFGR is concerning if I were you I’d go get it retested and get cystatin c and cystatin c fgr in the lab if you have that option. Your HDL isn’t that bad but your LDL is high of reference range, I would start red yeast rice or niacin, and citrus bergamot if I were you

Considering your cycle, I would be more concerned about my kidneys/lipids and getting retested in a few weeks. If this was done with a doctor, any who care would retest and if it continued to get worse send you to a specialist. High creatinine can be a product of muscle breakdown, working out hard, taking creatine, etc. but it is still a marker you should not ignore and make sure you know why it is high. The reason I state this is your eGFR is off too, albeit not awful but still not normal. Both these are indicators of kidney stress. Do you take astragalus, spirulina or NAC? Regardless, do yourself a favour and do not wait 3 months for your next blood work.

Oxandolone is hard on the liver for many, but almost all the work for this drug is done by the kidneys and you mentioned being on it for 6 weeks/2 weeks off. That could also be the cause.
I would be more concerned with the lipids as indicated by @The Old Guy as well. You do not have to accept anomalies in your blood work on a moderate cycle. Push the envelope, and you can expect it. Quality cod liver oil in higher doses with good EPA/DHA content may help your lipids.
If you have no symptoms and feel good, moderately high estrogen is not all that concerning but a retest will give an indication if it is going up or down or remaining stable.
It is a fairly easy issue to deal with but getting it at the number you want isn't as easy. You can accidentally crush your estrogen with an AI, but that would be my first compound to reach for if it starts to bother you or remains high. Keep in mind as your testosterone goes up, the body tries to keep your hormones in balance and estrogen is expected to increase. High test users often use an AI or another compound to help control moderately high estrogen.
Smart to have SERM and AI on hand - good planning. Drop the creatine for a few weeks before the blood test.
Good luck getting this sorted out.

Increase water intake asap, high creatinine is not a good sign. It’s a tell tale sign of rhabdo. Please increase your water and electrolyte intake STAT.

Blood tests every 3 months for TRT (except this time they will be 4 months apart) I paid for a private test yesterday to see where my E2 was at. I also get a standard blood panel done every 3 months for my Crohn's disease. So this year I will have blood work 9 times unless I pay for another.

Last time my lipids were tested they were:
LDL 4.46 mmol/L yesterday it was 3.27
HDL 0.98 yesterday it was .84
Chol/HDL (risk ratio) 6.30 yesterday it was 5.24
My family physician has looked at my previous lipids and wasn't overly concerned (I'm certainly no expert)

Creatinine last test was 82 yesterday it was 128 (I do work out 6 days a week and take 10mg creatine per day, I will be stopping the creatine supplement

EGFR last time was 96 yesterday it was 55 (I guess this is the most concerning)

@Goldenrod Thanks for your detailed response, much appreciated, I'm taking NAC, I have stopped the creatine and will get another blood test in 2 weeks

Cholesterol is going in the wrong direction.

As @Goldenrod stated E2 is less of a concern until you start lactating. Lipids and liver issues can kill you.

Thanks guys, I have more blood work booked and an appointment with my family doctor, if my appointment goes well I may ask him to take over my TRT. Upguys doesn't test lipids, creatinine or EFGR, That will be my excuse to ask my family doctor, I've had him for almost 30 years and Upguys is expensive.
