My favorite snack to go is dried seaweed 😃

It has all this vitamins in it 😆

Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Calcium, Folate, Potassium, Iron, Manganese and Copper.

Brown seaweed is amazing for helping to improve blood sugar control and reducing your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Now more Studies need to be done for this one 🤷‍♀️ that seaweed could boost your immune system by fighting viruses and preventing them from getting into your system.
