Bandit’s 2026 Off-Season Log

Things already moving quickly. Weight flew up 5lbs since starting the new plan on Friday.

Body weight - 229.8lbs

Felt like an absolute juggernaut in the gym yesterday. Without a doubt getting some acute performance enhancement from anadrol. Pretty excited to see how training is in a couple weeks from now when the injectables reach peak levels.

On another note, I did some reflection on how the off season has progressed so far. I'm often in my head, stressing that I'm not going to have enough time to make enough progress before my next show. There's no doubt I'll be improved, but I also have a big focus on improving my placing as well. Which I know is just asking for disappointment in bodybuilding since you can't control who else shows up. I could walk into a show and compete against 10 Ronnie Colemans technically.

Nonetheless, currently 5 months in off season, weight is up nearly 40lbs with 14 more weeks to push before prep. I'm hopeful that I can be up 10-15lbs from last year, potentially in better shape as well.

Some comparison of my check in the morning before my 2nd show - ~190lbs vs. my check in this morning - 229.8lbs.

Everything has improved alot. Legs( front and back), delts, traps and lats especially. From the looks of it you're a little bit shoulder dominant so progessing the chest is probably harder then other bodyparts. Or it might even be that youre shoulders are growing so much they may overshadow your chests growth. I'm a little shoulder dominant myself so I can relate. You're a beast man, alot of guys just blindly follow instructions from their coach without knowing why changes are happening. You are not. You have bought in on everything. I know I'm pumping your tires alot here but man you're attitude and work ethic is really nice to see these days. I think you'll certainly get the most out of what god gave you.

Rolling into week 3 of the push.

Body weight: 235.4lbs

No changes to the diet so far.

Gym performance has skyrocketed very quickly as expected. Without a doubt feeling the strongest I ever have across the board.

Some changes to the PEDs:
Anadrol 50mg (split AM/PM)
IGF LR3 500mcg pre workout

You nailed it. My shoulders being dominant bleeds into a lot of tricep and chest training. Something I’m actively working on correcting.

Thanks for the compliments man! Appreciate it

Long time no update - sorry. Just been putting my head down lately and living the grind!

Now 7 weeks into the cycle/push with 5 more remaining.

Body weight - 242.2lbs.

Hit a pretty hard wall fatigue wise during the 4th week into the push which forced me out of the gym for a few extra days. At this point I decided to remove the anadrol from the stack as I felt like it was just doing more harm than good in terms of added stress to the body.

PEDs as of now:
1225mg Test
700mg Deca
560mg Masteron
12iu GH daily

Check in photos sent to my coach on Friday:

Food has scaled up quite a bit and is uncomfortable, however manageable.

Besides that, all is going well. Strength in the gym is at an all time high, as expected. Feeling a little cardiovascularly taxed due to being heavier than ever before which I find is somewhat impacting my training, but again, manageable. Continuing to struggle with hip mobility and lower back pain, daily stretching, foam rolling and mobility work is keeping it at bay, however Ill most likely need to seek out a body work specialist to ensure it doesn't become a chronic issue.
