Are there any fast acting testosterones that may help my situation?

Yea I thought so too. Either my dose is too low or maybe my estrogen is a bit high. I'm going for blood work soon, I've also asked my doc to think about adding in clomid and/ or hmg. The other thing is the pharmacy supplier had a shortage of hcg so I did it for a month, then stopped for a month and just started again about 2 weeks ago.
to my knowledge, clomid isn’t sold in canada unless you get it compounded. tell the pharmacy that, we had to figure out how to compound it ourselves for a customer a few months ago. if we didn’t do the effort the customer would’ve probably been shit outta luck.

I bought human grade from a ugl...

When I was reffered to a endo at the univerirty hospital my test was ridicuusly low.. the dr's were shocked I was able to have 2 kids in my current state.. I told them "I just took climid 50mg a day till wife got knocked up.. both kids took less than 2 cycles of my wife to get pregrant.. we tried for almost 2 years for the first one and nothing.. took clomid for a month and she was knocked up first time she was fertile".. Main Dr didn't have anythign to say lol.. The other dr was a resident and said "what? Who prescribed you clomid ?"... I explained to her how clomid works and told her I got it off the black market.. She didn't look like she beleived me and she looked at the endo and he just nodded his head lol..

Later on in that appoitment the resident was tellign me they would give me a 3 yearish presciption but she wanted to talk about if I wanted to have any other kids that going on TRT might not be a good idea until I had all the kids I wanted.. I told her I think I was done having kids, but if I wanted another one I'd just hope off test and take clomid again.. She didn't really seem to understand and asked about where I would get it, its not approved etc.... the real endo just nodded his head and said something like "I think he'll be able to figure it out if he wants too"
This may sound like a stupid question but I imagine a guy like you would have researched this, is there any association between using clomid of hcg or anything in males and having a baby with birth defects? From what I've read there is a risk in women who use it but haven't seen anything for men. Also could black market products increase the risk? I'm thinking no because sperm is sperm but I also think most would go to a fertility clinic where as ugl might be more used by guys just doing pct inbetween cycles.

I'm not a doctor... but I tried to find any possible side effect for the baby of taking clomid. Couldn't find any at that time.. I'm not a doctor though.. my 2 kids are healthy with absolutely no issues

I wouldn't worry much about ugl.. just source it from one you trust... or find pharmacy.. I remember finding pharmacy stuff wasn't difficult.

Clomid is harsher in how it works and was the less preferred choice of my fertility specialist but an option. They didn't really say anything about HCG and clomid together but as bodybuilders we know that is a thing and we are trying to recover something we kind of hit down with a hard hammer so it can work.

I had zero sperm count and then I stopped test for three weeks because enthate still shows up at two weeks for myself, then I ran HCG for two weeks, it was nice feeling that boost again, then I did that for two weeks or so and I added in clomid for a week and then I had sperm count within range but semen volume was low, what's weird is on gear my volume goes higher so I feel like that can be state of mind too.

Even your partners status in society affects sperm count and how your relationship is going.

There was something mentioned on a podcast about zero testosterone being worse than small amounts of trt but this guy although very reputable has not dedicated his lifes work, done thousands of hours of being a researcher and creating these studies to fertility alone. I think HCG would give you that small amount of testosterone and it would be intratesticular which is where you want it.

Some people like vigorous Steve talked about injectable glutathione (big cities in Canada have vitamin clinics) making a difference, low stress, ball icing might help, anti oxidants from vegetables, proper nutrition and then there's more foreign stuff vigorous Steve mentioned but when he mentioned his sperm count I was kind of like uhh that's like wayyy off the scale and they still haven't had kids plus I remembered a video where he said a totally different more believable sperm count, so I don't really go by what YouTubers say. Sometimes doctors seem stupid or wrong but there is often a reason behind the scenes they never fucking mention which pisses me off.

Yea things like L-carnitine, nac and folic acid can help a lot too

I like Androgel :)

With common or treatable symptoms such as your own, in my opinion it's better to see your doctor and go the medical route vs experimenting with things yourself.

Although Androgel might be a headache because of how you have to apply it and then also in your case be wary of potential transfer of the topical.

Also, I may be ignorant on the topic, but, how come you got off testosterone to conceive? Are you not able to when you take testosterone?

My doc didn't ask me to stop testosterone so I tried trt plus hcg for a couple months. Nothing happened so I stopped the trt thinking it might help speed things up. Most studies I've read showed fertility was regained in people within a year using hcg snd no trt. The hcg route with trt sounds promising but I haven't used it for years so I don't know if it'll have the same effect as someone just starting both together
