My blood pressure is up and I don't feel confident about Hawthorne berry, fish oil and magnesium biglycinate 600mg. Not sure what else to try but I wouldn't mind having a back up of telemisartan, especially because it has good results on kidney function. I have about 12x 80mg tabs of it but that's only twelve days worth or maybe 22 from what I've read. I was curious if Canada has any websites like alldaychemist?

I'm not sure why you wouldn't just go to a doctor and get Ur BP taken. Show him a paper with previous BP results daily for the last month or so.
And ask for an arb specifically. Then ask for telmisartan and tell him specifically why.

Yea thought I'd sourced ivermectin till I realized they didn't ship to Canada. Think they might of had a system where they shipped to u.s. then Canada but I gave up.
I did what Synyster suggested. I now have a script for telmisartan, Doc also told me that it would extend my life........ good even for people without high bp.
