I went and got my CT scan today, well because I pee’d blood last weekend, but didn’t have any kidney stone pain symptoms.

Everything was unremarkable (in other words fine), except a spot in my left kidney that is 16 mm that they think was either a ruptured cyst or an infection and likely the reason for the bleed.

I had a CT scan done in 2018 and they compared and that was the only difference.

I can’t tell you how happy I was that it wasn't bladder cancer. I actually did a little jump for joy in the parking lot on the way back to my truck.

This whole thing has put a few things into perpective.

First off I have created a list of things I need to set up so my wife is ok if something happens to me.

Second also for my wife, I need to complete writing down all my formulas and production guidelines on what I do, so if something happens they can run the shop without me.

I believe that 125mg of test a week is all I am ever going to take anymore. I’ll leave the body abuse to the young guys.

Happy for the good looking response bud.
Even more happy about the 'putting things in perspective' part. I've been directly involved in the aftermath of such matters way too many times and seen it countless others. Someone passes or gets to be otherwise indisposed and the people who have to pick up the pieces are unnecessarily burdened, often massively overwhelmed. The amount of cash and general welfare that is lost is shameful especially because it's preventable. Your response to this awakening might help wake somebody else up to this too, I could do better myself. Makes me want to give you a big hug bro lol.

Yep. That was my thought.

My wife did not enjoy the lists I was making like I was going to die. Got about 70% done though.

She hates that I always look at the worst case, then make sure everything will be fine under those circumstances so it’s all gravy if things are better. I have this horrible tendancy to over research.

I also decided that maybe I should spend more time with her, less playing vid games, or on the iPad. You know maybe rub her feet. Snuggle, whatever.

We need to do more things together as a family as well. Like we used to go to every dinosaur thing within a hundred miles.

I am going to take it easy with the gear. No point in creating more cysts. I know there is no specific reason why we get them, but I bet stressing the kidneys with higher doses of gear, filtering more as we eat higher protein, then toss on some generic gh and the stress on an older pair of kidneys could cause cysts. Just makes common sense to think this.

As my wife says,”I like the lean athletic look, so when you were getting really bulky I didn’t find it overly attractive”.
But if I want to be honest, being lean, athletic with a reasonable amount of muscle is really easy to achieve with my genetics, I could do that on 125mg of test and stay healthy. So that is my goal.

Pretty much I need to live as long as I can for my family because they need me to take care of them, I didn’t realize the amount of stuff I took care of that was very important.

Glad to hear you're okay!
You're right , the risk/reward just isn't worth it for most, in hindsight I wish I quit steroids much sooner. I am glad you haven't had to experience any major health issues before changing. Life is great, enjoy it to the fullest.

I might know a guy who could store some of those recipes for you.. :ROFLMAO:

I take 110-150 mg almost all year round.. I go 150-200 in summer sometime..

To be honest, I'm in better shape now then I was when I was using heavier cycles.. diet/cardio/proper lifting/proper recovery just becomes more important
