Considering the massive increase in approved and the number who get rejected - I suspect people would be surprised as I reject close to as many as I approve, this forum has grown to almost 4000 members. When I joined, as @Sorbate suggested doing so, I am sure it was under 500 members. 70 new members is nothing considering the number that are approved in a week. In 2-3 weeks we will exceed 4000.
I will say it again - great members who are active, help each other, disagree in a manner that is productive and it starts at the top. The forum owner does not put up with bullying, beating up on guys who ask a naive question, etc. It trickles down to trying to help people fit in vs. embarrass someone with the exception of bots and trolls - they can F off.
