Goals:
Gain muscle in my arms/shoulders while cutting down to have more striations/cuts in my arms and shoulders (HOPEFULL SOME AB DEFINITION?)
Diet:
Maingain at 2600-3000 calories. Varying carbs on high intensity days (LEGS) otherwise a 40/30/30 Split (P/F/C)
