Best fat loss choices for women....

Hi All,

Just wondering what are some women’s experiences with different fat loss agents? My wife likes to contest prep with Albuterol but has tried Clen, found it to increase her appetite which, as you can imagine, doesn’t bode well during prep.... she likes ECA as it cuts her appetite but doesn’t cut quite as deeply as Albuterol... She hasn’t tried Anavar or anything hormonal, interested but unsure, but she and I were wondering if others have other ideas or experiences with other products? Thank you in advance.

Start slow with the yoho bud, there doesn't seem to be a reliable way to estimate tolerance. Hopefully I'm bigger than your wife and I can go pretty heavy with most common stims. 2.5mg was too much at first, I don't even go above 5 now. I'm in my 50's though so that is part of the equation.

There is a few things you should learn about it. Eating can shut down the fat burning effects immediately for example.

My partner runs it only once per day. Given that it needs to be taken fasted to get the full benefit she takes it upon waking on a morning.

As @gondar1 said, you will want to start low to assess tolerance. First dose she could feel a little bit "funky". My partner did but then second it subsided.

In the video Jerry gives you the formula for working out the optimal dose. My partner started with 2.5mg to assess tolerance. She's 130lbs and uses 10mg Yoh/day.

She usually takes 1 Helios then x2 separate yohimbine pills. Yohimbine is available OTC in the US.

I have never taken it sorry. (Edit- I meant I've never taken an actually helios pill, I like to get the individual components and use a personally concocted mixture) Yoho is the one I am most careful with as far as combining, I personally wouldn't usually recommend using it with any other other stims than about 200mg caffeine, unless I had planned for some tachycardia that day ;).

And to answer your original question IMO my fav protocol with a decent balance of safety included would be 45 mins of fasted cardio using peptides, Caffeine, and Albuterol or Ephedrine plus maybe some Yoho. Smaller doses of all the stim stuff, they all use different mechanisms so hopefully are synergistic for fatloss but you really need to be careful with your heart. (note that I contradicted myself here from the last paragraph, Be Safe)

Yohimbine hcl, caffeine, nicotine combo. Don't mix yohimbine with albuterol, clen, or ephedrine. I'm sure someone else already mentioned not to do that.

Dnp works wonders for people that can tolerate its effects. I personally love dnp and wouldn't cut without it... unless I had to like more recent times when it's impossible to source it.
 
My wife had success a few times with Helios. 1x a day for a week then she bumps up 2x a day until she has hit her benchmark - morning and mid day. Loves it and it works well for her

She’s cut using DNP before but was not happy with the water retention she had from it, made it difficult to decipher what was water and what was fat. Albuterol has always been her go to for prep but like many physique athletes, she is always looking to see what other options may be out there and what effects they may have in her. Clen was a no-go as she found it to stimulate her appetite too much.... ECA she does like as it does the opposite of Clen for her and cuts her appetite.

I’m very curious to see how Helios is going to work for her as she has never tried Yoho before.... should have It by end week, I will update her thoughts, my thoughts and how she is feeling....

She weighs 110lbs so 50kgs so I believe the dose would be .2mgs of yoho per Kg, so 10mgs of Yoho as her max dosage. Now, Helios is dosed with 7.5mgs of Yoho so we will use that dosage in the AM on an empty stomach before fasted cardio. As far as a second serving that will wait. I am concerned with the sides.... Not sure how the Yohimbine, Albuterol and caffeine will affect her heart with its synergetic effects, but tachycardia is not worth it for fat loss.... my opinion only....
 
T3... doesn’t mess with your testosterone or estrogen so it works the same for men or women. Therefore, when doing your research, you don’t need to search for women-specific research material.
 
That’s a good point! She uses T3 year round with a doctors prescription as she has a thyroid deficiency, I usually add it to my clen cycles when I’m cutting. I’m wondering if she would need to add more T3 Above baseline? Since she doesn’t have to worry about her thyroid producing it.....any thoughts on that?

She has a script for t3? Really? In Canada? Super uncommon. Most docs will script t4.

I would definitely start with HALF that dosage of Helios. 7.5mg of Yohimbine would be too much IMO for a first go. You need to start low to assess tolerance.

As I said above, my partner started with 2.5mg and even then she felt FUNKY. She then worked her way up to 10mg/day and then stayed there for ~4 weeks. She then skipped it for a week and went back to her usual dose and felt funky/overstimulated again. She only ever used 1 Helios (dosed with 2.5mg yoho) with additional yohimbine on top of that to take her up to 10mg/day (she weighs 130lbs).

yes, she will need to add T3 above baseline, because baseline is just normal T3 levels, your not gloing to burn anything with that, your just going to be normal, like everyone else. I find I need either 50-75 mg of real pharma T3, or 2 pills of underground T3
No matter what the dose on the underground T3, I have found that some labs claim theirs has 25mg and some claim they have 100mg, but regardless of the lab or the lab's dose, I always seem to need 2 pills before I see any results. I have cut underground 100mg tabs in half and noticed nothing, so I always suggest 20-3 tabs underground no matter what the label says the dose is.

Could you pm me what lab makes the 100mcg tabs? Just for my own reference out of curiosity. I can’t understand why someone would make a 100mcg tab or cap.
 
AB makes some good points in regards to yoho use and Helios. If your girl isn’t really experienced with stims be sure to start low. It’s easy to overdo things.
