So, I'm not one to usually add more than one "new" compound to a cycle at a time, as, if I haven't experienced each drug individually, I can't always be sure what is causing what results/sides, Cause vs correlation, etc etc.

Despite this, I was quite eager to try out genetec's dhb and trestolone.

This cycle will consist of test, tren, trest, and dhb.
Normal doses will be 350 dhb, 350 trest, 350 tren (much lower than my usual dose when I blast with tren) and 1400 test. Insulin preworkout when my day allows for it, probably 3-4x a week, 20ius humalog.

That being said, when I began this cycle on Friday, it's now Sunday, I was curious how painful the dhb would be, and decided to try it out for pain and get a front load in at the same time. I began Friday with 2mls into the calf... VERY MINIMAL PIP EVEN TWO DAYS LATER! The Saturday was 2mls again, but into the rear Delt, just to test for pain. Again, painless!

Injections will be ED to keep blood levels stable of the acetate esters! 200mg test, 50 trest, 50 dhb, 50 tren. Will keep AIs to a minimum, but of course have nolva, adex, and asin on hand.

Diet is around 6000 calories a day, I also follow intermittent fasting, so my calories are consumed almost all late afternoon/evening/night with a 6-12hr feeding window depending on the day. Big gap, I know, but some days I can get more food in in less time. 300-400 protein, carbs and fats fall where the do to fit calories. 90% clean. Maybe 1-3 cheat meals a week, at most. Meals, not days like some people lol.

Train based on frequency, not dissimilar to DC or blood&guts. A weird, interesting, hybrid I'd say that I've devised myself and use for a large majority of the people I train as well.

This log will primarily be about results of the drugs, not necessarily training, but if I have time, I'll post logs up

I suffered a disc injury a few weeks ago now, and am just getting back into proper squat/deadlifts again.

My training today consisted of:

Tempo squats (3 seconds down, 10 second paused just below parallel, and then drive up fast but controlled) warm ups, blah blah blah... then 315x8x3, followed by 225x15 with the same tempo.

Good mornings superset with high and wide leg press: 405x5x3 / 900x15x3 (I dont count the sled, so this is just 10 plates a side, paused in the stretch for a second then squeeze the hamstrings when pressing)

Bulgarian split squat: 120x12x3

Sissy squat bodyweight x15,12,6 (then I died)

Stretched and I was out of there. Cheat meal right after my 120g whey shake was all you can eat sushi followed by 12 doughnuts.

Current morning weight is 246, 12% body fat.

Will keep updating with changes in weight, body composition and how I feel.
 
Forgot to include here, about 8-10L of water daily (plus intraworkout drink), diet is mostly red meat and chicken , eggs/egg whites for protein. Carbs are mostly rice, potatoes, wheat bread. Fats are animal fats, whole dairy products, olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, fatty fish.

Supplements: creatine, bcaa, eaa, whey, 15 caps high quality fish oil daily, MSM, glucosamine, chondroitin, vit c, multi, baby aspirin.
 
Trestolone and tren are so strong I doubt you would notice anything else. And 20ius of Humalog is massive.

You should definitely grow on that combo!

I've run tren up to 300mgs per day just to see how it felt hahaha. So the tren, I can definitely pin point what it will be vs trest or dhb. Im hoping I can see/feel something from both the dhb and trest though, and see where it goes from there!

And thanks my brother! 20 is the most I've worked up to as a preworkout lol. Post workout, I, admittedly, have gone a bit crazy in the past.

Thanks my man, that's the goal. 10ish solid lbs would actually be great. As for length, I'm unsure. Currently have 40mls of tren ace, 40mls dhb, 30mls trest, and enough test for a few years lol. I don't really plan the length of my blasts anymore. I run it until something doesn't feel right or look right blood work wise. If I begin feeling way too run down, it's time to cruise. If I feel susceptible to an injury due to a consistent nagging pain, I cruise. If my blood work is too far off (mostly cholesterol/kidneys/hematocrit, everything else is controllable and can be dealt with later) it's time to cruise.

We'll see how things play out.

Today I trained chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Incline presses, apex should press, and dead-stop floor skullcrushers were my main movements to beat today. Followed with a couple sets of high incline flies, laterals, and rope pressdowns. no crazy PRs today, just consistent increases.

Pinned the right VG last night. "Accidentally" forgot I was going to only be pinning 50mgs of tren and dhb and used a whole 100mgs each.

The site was definitely more "sore" than it usually is, but any and all pain dissipated within a couple hours, and no pip at all today.

You pinned 2 ml's in your calf? You must be a crazy animal. I'm far from new to this and pinned pretty much every muscle but calf, ive never been able to handle. 1cc of anything just cripples the fuck out of me

I am crazy, a bit! I've done up to 6mls in my calf! 3cc on either side, every single day when I ran SEO lol :) so 2mls was nothing. I did expect pain based on what I had heard of dhb, but it wasn't bad!
I've done some pretty large volume oil injects though; up to 5mls in my medial delts.

I just realized it has been almost a week since my last post in this thread. I will grab my weight tonight after I train, and do a quick update.
 
Ended up short on time by the end of training today and never got to grab my weight. I'll do that tomorrow. But, I feel great. I'm sweating like crazy, not sure if it's the dhb or tren, but I'm drenched. I always get soaked during a leg day, but I could literally wring my shirt out after LOL.

I did grab my BP post workout though. Still sitting at a nice clean 120/75. Can't complain about that.

Strength is definitely up. Did 400lbs leg extensions at the very end of my training for three sets of 15. Felt great!

Injects are still very smooth, no bad shots yet. Literally no pip, can barely tell that I put 3ml into my bicep the other night.
 
So, I'm lighter. Weighed myself today and I'm down to 238. So that's 8lbs down in just over a week. Not doing any cardio, training hasn't changed, diet hasn't changed. I'm getting stronger, and have been told I look bigger by a few people that I hadn't seen over the past week and a half... only thing that has changed was the addition of dhb, ment, tren... interesting.

Not sure if I'm just getting leaner or something (feel a bit leaner, but definitely thought I had gotten heavier - look bigger).

Anyway, today was chest/shoulders/triceps. Hit a rep PR on flat bench with 315x12 reps. i know, not crazy. My flat bench has been shit ever since my full pec rupture. So I was proud of this.

Again, this being an experimental cycle, having not used two of the compounds included... I'm not sure what's responsible. I do, however, feel bigger, look bigger, and am more vascular already. It's been only 10 days.
 
Well the looking bigger as you leaner is common. Look at how many guys that dont look that big with a loose tshirt but once they step on stage they look like beasts because of their insane conditioning . Or how much more jacked you look after dropping bf %. .

with your experiment you should of kept track of your body dimensions and take caliper readings at least to see exactly what was going down. Pinch calipers arent that accurate but taken constantly by the same person can at least give you a pretty good idea.

None the less, glad you are enjoying your new products. Feels good when you brake a new plateau

Well obviously you look bigger as you get leaner. But that's with significant drops in body fat, as well as not in clothes. This is in my usual hoodie/sweats at the gym.

Also, because I am a competitor, I did keep track of my measurements haha. As well as the fact I did mention that my body fat was at 12% when I started this run. Don't you worry, my friend!

I only check body fat via the gold standard, so I don't get that done all too often... that being said, I don't feel as though I've dropped much fat.. It's the fact that I've lost weight while getting bigger that is strange to me.

Nevertheless, this is an interesting cycle so far already.

MENT is insane for pumps. Veins pop the second I grab a 20lb dumbell lol.
And i find it carrys that way all day. I would add it into any cycle I'm sure. Brutal on the Estro tho. How are u finding that ??

I have serms and AIs on hand. Haven't needed anything yet! Bloodwork next week, that'll show how the e2 is sitting!

Im about to start my next ment run very soon. Most likely 350 ment with 350 tren ace with 750 test e with whatever orals look good at the time lol.
I may up the tren a bit as it goes on but for now 350 is fine. I have also run stupid amounts of tren in the past but im getting too old.
Was considering dhb but everything i read tells me its good and boring at the same time so idk
