Anyone Tried NAD ?

I'm thinking of doing some research trying NAD - mostly for the energy increase. A friend told me it is painful to inject.

I did some searches - and found out it is an acid - and it does burn when injected.

Looking for anyone's experience with this Peptide & what it did for them & how it was with subq.

Thanks all !

Ive got two bottles from growthguys but haven't tried yet. Lots of positive feedback out there but not sure how noticeable it will be

I'm using other supplements to support it currently. It's one of those things, unless you have a deficiency you won't necessarily notice anything. Having said that I think in today's society there are a lot of deficiencies happening.
NAD declines with age also, that's why I'm using it, I'm old 🙂

I started with 25mg 3 times a week and went to 50mg and now 75mg 3 times a week.
Best way to describe it is instead of needing 3 coffees in the morning I only need one now.
Definitely an increase in how I have energy throughout the day.
Thanks for Chyming in guys - I'm older too - that's why I'm looking at it - How is the injection - painful ? if so do you do anything to mitigate the pain ??

Agree with today’s society and deficiencies. Training a new round of 20 year olds and my god these kids are not bright. I have slowly noticed the awareness and ability to think for themselves has slowly diminished over the decades.
Or maybe I’m just getting old and bitchy need to retire soon, lol.

Im closing on 50 so the extra energy is what I was hoping for. Ill probably still drink 3 coffee though😀

Probably a little bit of both ..... but I'm the same way....trying to get my son to use more dumbells & barbells rather than the damn machines....

I believe that supplementing with NMN may also be able to help with increasing or maintaining your NAD levels.

Yep, im currently taking NMN and TMG (betaine anhydrous) which is the supplement route im aware of.

I do have a 10 pack of NAD+ on the way but havent tried it yet in that form. Im no spring chicken also

Been taking NMN for the last few months but hard to tell if any effect given multiple other supplement and substances Im on. 🤷

I’ve been using it for about six days now, definitely feel an increase in energy, a little bit of burning at the site and a tiny bit queasy so I’ve been taking a quarter Gravol, which I thought might make me sleepy, but hasn’t put a dent in the energy boost from the NAD. I’m old (52) so I’m hoping it will help with cell repair, etc…

Thanks for the info guys !!!

Ok - read that NMN converts to Nad - interesting - now where do you guys get the NMN ? is this a pill ? subq vial ? Amazon ? pharmacy ?

This is exactly the feedback I'm looking for - so a slight burning sensation - and how long do you feel queasy for ?? - You feel really quesy or just a bit ??

Also - this is an acid - is there any burn spots or discoloration on your skin a day or two afterward ?

Only queasy for about an hour or and so broke out into a sweat, no burn marks or anything, I reconstituted 1000 mg with 10mls of bac water- apparently the more you dilute it the less it hurts, I didn’t find it to be that bad. Just slight queasiness a quarter gravol took it away 👍 I think I’ll start taking the gravol ahead of time
