Not sure what the issue was. All the rep had to say was, sorry, it’s confusing if we rush some and not others, so they go out in order. Which they did state, but no polite language to go with it like, “sorry”.
I think you missed the point @Mammoth but I will answer your question.
Anyone who has been doing this for any length of time has been scammed, moreso in the old days because now having boards like this place helps keep labs accountable, most recently by HGHGEAR who used to be a board sponsor here but went scammer. I previously used them for GH pens because their price was great but one day they decided to go scammer. I sent my money, they sent half the order and spent a who month stalling and saying they would ship the other half of the order soon. They went from sending quick responses to huge gaps in coms (because they were trying to grab every last $ they could before going dark completely), this is why I get paranoid when someone takes my money and then goes dark. I've also had suppliers get busted and dissapear. I came on here trying to figure out if one of these scenarios was happening with Matrix, I'm glad to hear it's not the case.
I made a rookie mistake by not carrying enough supply. I thought I had two bottles of caber but I ony had one. I went on vacation and came back to realize I was almost out. I think it was a pretty reasonable ask. I didn't run out but came very close and got concerned when you went dark on me for a week.
I don't cycle, I am on year round - blast and cruise. I miss-counted what I had on hand which is a rookie mistake. As @Sorbate pointed out I ordered with what would have been more than enough time but with the delays it got very close to running out which is not fun, anyone who has run tren without caber (or prami) knows it isn't awesome when your dick stops working.Sounds like you made a mistake by not stocking up, before starting your cycle.

When coms went dark I got concerned because I didn't have time to place a new order with another supplier and get it in time.
I asked you how did you get scammed by us? You said you got scammed. That’s a serious accusation.
Can you please directly answer that without talking about the HGH pens?
We never sold HGH pens. Not sure what that has to do with my question.

I know you and I are NOT on good terms because of that one time I complained about people that didn’t follow protocols when ordering from us. But I never thought you’d jump on the first bandwagon that goes against us.

In both cases I was just giving some constructive criticism that I had learned after 30 years and hundreds of millions in sales (nevermind training hundreds of people on customer service). It was nothing personal, truthfully I didn’t want to see you lose customers over something in my mind, was so simple to correct. You have a really good product and great presentation.
I guess at one time I was bullheaded also and would have told someone like me to fuck off, then learn later the hard way, lol. Sorry for interfering.

I think this thread more than illustrates why you should always first come to staff if there are hiccups or delays that you are uncomfortable with. ALWAYS better than posting in the open forums first.

I never said I got scammed by your lab...you guys have delivered what was ordered and I have already said I was happy with the product. The delay was a minor issue. I only posted on here because I was worried there was an issue with the lab when I got no response. I got the product right after and was happy with it. The coms could have been better but I get it you guys were busy and struggling to catch up.
A much bigger deal has been made of this than was needed.
It went a week with no response. I came on here trying to find out if there was an issue with the lab. ALl is good, this didn't need to go any further than that.

Would be interested as well. Last time I had my hand on Bold Cyp it all crashed just ended up nuking them but PIP was still bad after as I'm sure it just crashed again after injecting.

Matrix Labs who I sent $1095 to and can prove it was to his email I have the screenshot which I wont post but if a moderator wants to confirm it I'll be happy to provide it as it was sent to his EMT email. After that he emailed me asking for my number which I thought was weird, well.. The guy threatened to send SWAT team to my house and call the police and tell them I was using drugs. I've attached two screenshots of those emails and I will attach more when needed
