This make sense I have rounded postureMy front delts look imbalanced too but I think my issue is one shoulder has more inward rotation than the other. I think for my case anyway it's actually a back muscle imbalance and the muscles are pulling my shoulder down more on one side.
Careful overhead pressing in your current condition and try fixing your posture asap. This is an injury waiting to happen.
