I've been using ped s for about a year and a half now .. I just got some gear from a friend its called dragon fire its got a little tren in it my lack of sleep could be from that maybe ... basically if I do t get a good night sleep the next day I'm all over the naps lol if they come on at the worst possible time thats when they happen ..the sleeping pills definitely suck and like you said you don't get your rem sleep .. so when I do try them I don't feel like jumping outa bed in the morning thats for sure ..
Tren is likely your issue if you didn’t have sleeping issues before.
Do you use a preworkout? If so take it earlier or reduce amount. Any stim including coffee will keep you awake.
If you find you are having sleeping issues what I used to do was go lay on the couch, put in earphones and play something boring on you tube, like a documentary on Hitler, if you get the right guy narriating you will be asleep in no time. Or if it doesn’t wake anyone up, turn on the tv, but dim the picture, set the sleep timer and do the same.
Cbd oil will work a bit.
Gh isn’t a miracle. If it was everyone that ran it would be a pro bodybuilder and they are not.
Bodybuilding is about consistency day in day out for years. Other than gear, there isn’t any quick fix, and even with gear it takes years.
I have a Love hate relationship with gh. I love to think it’s the be all and end all, but hate when it screws with my sleep, or makes my joints ache, lol.
It will help to repair tendon damage, and things like that, but I do not expect miracles. If you got the money, go for it, but a good cycle and food will get you bigger.
