Why white rice?

I find white rice is in and digested a bit quicker. Feels lighter in the gut and hungry again quicker.
Little higher on the glycemic index. Easier to cook and has a better flavour most times.
All in all I like all rice.
At the end of the day it won’t make a whole big difference overall brown or white.

agree 100% white way easier to digest and better pumps for me!

I’m a basmati rice guy, it’s lighter doesn’t sit like a rock in your gut like some of the brown rice or wild rice I’ve had.

Biggest difference I found was getting a rice cooker makes it so much easier! I cook up 4 cups of dry rice at a time last’s 2-3 days and then make a fresh batch.
