last time I ordered shirts I ordered a lot of the largest sizes only to have a big demand for large and mediums and small.
which tells me there where a lot of members just starting out on there quest for size
 
Large to xlarge depending on the shirt.
I have finally cleaned out some of my favorite shirts from my drawers that were smalls, lol. Finally had to give them up. I'll never shrink back to that size :) I also weighed 120 lbs then.
 
I go xxl to xxxl also depends on the maker . I like a shirt with some movement .

I wear a lot of dry fit golf style shirts. Locally I get some decent ones from under amour. George Richards is surprisingly good too.... but it can be a little hit and miss.

Since I’m puffier these days and the waist ain’t as tight as it once was off the rack stuff from either place ain’t bad. Still a little loose but not dress like. Some places have a fitness or athletic fit where they trim it down a bit but I find they top out at xl.... and that ain’t happenening lol.

If and when I am good and lean again it’s probably either going to be restricted to online specialty stuff or wearing shirts that fit nicely up top and hang like a a dress in the off the chest...... or I can always rock the hey my shirt is far too tight for me look....look at me I have a tight shirt on.... can you see my muscles...hey look at me....lol. Seriously though the tight fit stuff always make me feel uncomfortable.
 
I feel the same way too tight is uncomfortable, now if it's my wife's shirts I encourage a smaller size 😋
 
I wear XL, but I prefer the fitted look. I get T-shirts from Winners, so it's a bit of a grab-bag.

I've got ecto-arms so even as they go up (slooowly) my meat is stretched over the bone like guitar strings. Finding sleeves that fit can be tricky. If I like the shirt and the sleeves look like crap I just cut them off.

Always a problem. I used to cut the inside a bit and would add a piece of material if needed.

Yep I can sew...... fuckoff eh! Lol

I ain’t darning anyone’s socks so no pm’s to that effect bagua or faller.
