What Is a Normal Blood Pressure?

Anybody who is starting a cycle should know that your blood pressure will more than likely increase. Especially on compounds like tren, anadrol, dianabol etc. The stronger the steroid the higher the blood pressure in my experience. Ive started utilizing baby aspirin and garlic powders to thin and lower blood pressure. About 600-900 mg of garlic powder will give about 9-12% reduction in the increased blood pressure over time.

I've ALWAYS ran 5mg of Cialis daily during cycles. I've never had an issue with blood pressure even during some heavier runs.
My only issue with this is using one drug to offset another drug. May as well take Bp meds then which have other not great sides.

@Funnyman had me taking 10000 mg of fish oil a day which drastically lowered BP and as I bonus I can now breath underwater. 🐟🐟

I 2nd this. Whenever I can find a lab with 5 mg tabs I pick some up but Its typically 20mg. You can always split the pills up of course.

@flytocolours wow thats a great pluse mines 95 ish most times sometimes i can get it to 80 , really trying to get it lower.
@Sorbate yours is excellent , i wish mine was 65 70 ish.
Reduce sodium, take garlic powder capules and buy bragg apple cider vinegar with mothers and mix 2 table spoons with some honey or any other juice to dilute it and drink that once a day. I used to be around 95-100 but since Ive introduced the stuff I just mentioned it has greatly reduced my HR

Thank you i will do that , i have been taking the apple cider vinegar but only for a week.

Im assuming its the organic one with mothers (the little particle bits floating around that sit at the bottom)

And yeah it takes sometime for it to do its thing but its amazing stuff.

My heart rate is rarely above 70. It usually hangs around 65 which is high compared to when I was younger. I dropped my weight back to 255 from 270 through June going nuts.

I’m usually close to 120/70
It goes higher with higher doses
It goes higher with less cardio
It goes higher with more sodium
70-75 BPM

I just my bp the other day, it's at 112/74.

Now that the gym is opened up, it will go down more. All I need is to drop my heart rate with cardio again.
