Like to see whats 'super' out there & how many other people think they're super.🤔
Be interested in trying somethings new.

Im about to sprout some mung beans. Present loves are quinoa, chia seeds, miso, seaweed, dates....

Blueberries, spirulina, wheatgrass, ginger, raw nuts like walnuts, garlic (raw), beans - all kinds, turmeric, fish - salmon = some are herbs so. It sure if they are deemed to be food but that is a short list of items I incorporate regularly.

Blueberries (avacodo & strawberries) are a everyday thing for me too in my protien smoothy, I love nuts, lol, seriously tho, super healthy in moderation. Im doing cayenne pepper right now in my miso soup (just seaweed avoiding the tofu). I use to do a tumeric, garlic and honey mix of a tablespoon but my commitment/motivation to cutting garlic has failed me. Salmon/Tuna in sushi, Tilapia cooked. Herbs have been quotes in spiritual texts as meat, I think they qualify. I do a herb and olive oil pesto for my quinoa. I have thought about growing my own grasses for my smoothies. I love food ... good food at that. 😊

Steak.

Most superfoods are super bullshit, but I definitely feel a LOT better eating beef than chicken, fish or pork.

And I love wild blueberries. I eat around 1kg a week. My only source of sugar.

Steak is a must for me too. Definitely needs to still be 'mooing' too!! Little sea salt, seriously yummy!!!!

ive jumped on the microbiome thing. kefir, kraut, fermented garlic and onions, resistant starch. i got a connection on saskatoons, blueberries, hascaps and beets. having great shits but cant honestly say im gaining a performance improvement other than the beet juice. never thought id like canned fish again but i love brisling sardines in olive oil. lots of cruciferous veggies. coffee is a super food right? butter? eat lots of butter.

Gut health apparently is huge for optimal health... the waste left behind can affect the absorption of foods and proteins/minerals. Hormones are affected by gut health too... coffee is definitely a superfood, especially in enema form ( hahaha) seriously tho coffee is really high in antioxidants and has lots of health benefits , I think its pretty super. I love natural probiotics. They make magic happen!
