Last year had a horrible motorcycle accident , wasn't able to continue my routine . I kept reading the forum and slowly stopped logging on , realized today northern muscle is no more but got in touch with a old member and brought me here , from what I see lots of the same members .. Glad to see some old faces on threads :)
