Hello everyone!

Thank you for the warm welcome.
A bit about me. I’m 32 years old and ive in Southwestern Ontario. I’ve been hitting the gym since about 5 years ago, on and off. Been pretty consistent this year though. I’ve been also logging my training and following a diet pretty closely for the first time this year too. I’ve seen pretty good results and I’ve joined this forum to keep those results going and maybe help others along the way wherever I can with the little experience I’ve got.
I’m looking forward to being an active member of this community.
