I am looking at purchasing Stan Efferding's digital version of the vertical diet plan.
Anyone bought this? I am wondering if it is easy to read/follow . Its only $100
Thanks

I didnt buy it but Ive done lots of research on the topic. the free info I have gathered is good. I agree I can eat more on it becase Im not bloated.

Ive done lots research by videos, pod casts, etc. I am eating mostly beef and rice now, but missing other nutrients. I just cant find the time to build my plan.

I would say yes because if your are going to implement the vertical diet the foundation layer of micro nutrients which is critical, he has not disclosed in any free material

@superbeast too

I can't remember the exact details or which seminar video I saw it in but didn't it just boil down to like a bell pepper, a carrot and salt everyday? I'm sure I heard him say something approximately like that. I do remember that it's almost exclusively white rice and beef for the main part.

I know he builds the cals with mostly ground red meat (he says it digests faster) and white rice..and i do love his quote "every see a big chicken." That said i eat tons of chicken and fish. Yes i heard him talk about peppers, raw carrots, salt, no dairy and broth...i was hoping it was just "a taste" of the foundation layer to ensure you get a full array of micronutrients as he talks about not needing multis, fish oils, etc.

I guess end of day...there is no magic bullet or new secret diet. For me, if my macros are 40/30/30 (C/P/F) i look good and have required energy for jiu jitsu and weights...if i want to grow, add a few cals... want to tighten up, reduce a few cals. pretty simple. What interests me most is talk about the right mix of micros and where to get them from. Digestion is also an interesting topic, which is not widely understood.

Saw this on Instagram. It is a nice simple picture of the diet...or you can $100US for it online LOL

I like the simplicity of the diet, the focus to get key micronutrients and the ability to scale for bulking or dieting. But for me it is too limiting.

@Oldguyjiujitsu i ALMOST bought a kit of juisPlus for the micro nutrient profile... but it's a multilevel marketing scam and the pills contain negligible amounts of minerals and vitamins

At this stage of my life I am pretty clear of the affects on my body when I add or subtract calories from maintenance level and I have a pretty good feel for the right mix of macros.

I struggle eating enough quantity and variety of vegetables to get all the nutrients and fibre.

@Oldguyjiujitsu that's why i was going to try jus plus, because i used Greens+ and a few others, but they add stevia to make them too sweet, so thought of capsules

pre internet, i had a friend who carried a newspaper article in his wallet in-case he got into a discussion with a vegetarian. it was a scientific article where they concluded that beef was the healthiest food for humans because of its closeness to human composition.
personally, i often find that if im physically feeling poorly, eating beef and a salad can set me straight.
