do I use them there hastagies for every word

I'm not on twitter, nor will I ever be. I only use facebook mainly because of work. I left instagram because once I started posting vids of me training I was getting online stalked by weird woman and gay guys. Sending me private messages and trying to friend me on facebook.
I did get a picture of a vagina sent to me though before I deleted the account, lol.

Personally I think Facebook is better if you want older guys, and Instagram for younger ones. On Instagram post moviational stuff then hashtag it with stupid stuff like
#nopainnogains

I had around 1000 followers just by hastagging before I deleted it.

Personally I don’t know if you’ll get any business from it though, I know a lot of businesses use it but mainly hot woman half naked selling their stuff.
