this is my diet below since 9-jul until now. tracked every calorie and activity. used scale, no snacking or uncounted calories or whatever. I just wanna lose weight and get to 20% bodyfat or so, weight loss has been so hard for me always and want any tips. I dont wanna do 100% strict olympia level diet, because I tried and it didnt work. im still trying to eat relatively clean though. I know my protein is relatively low, but i tried high protein and low protein and no difference in weight loss or muscle building. I build muscle easily and im happy with the muscle I have, I just wanna cut the fat

No one will likely help with this, it’s all individual.
Hire funnyman if you want to lose weight. His program is simple and really inexpensive. Plus it works if you actually make the commitment.
He also explains things to you.

I am going to hire him again to get lean, but I’ve been enjoying eating right now, lol.
Plus when you have someone you need to be accountable to, you will stick with it better.

I’m not being mean, truthfully without telling anyone what your goals are, or your training routine, then they would need to calculate your daily intake, then calculate your meals. Omg way too much work. Lol
I really don’t think anyone would go thru the whole thing for you.
But now someone will prove me wrong, bwahaaa.

But not giving you shit at all, but really was being serious about funnyman. You will get so much farther under his guidance than 12 of us giving you different opinions, I’m not sure what he charges now, but it was not expensive.

i didnt think you were being mean lol.
i just put my diet up there for people to see and give tips. I wasnt looking for a whole plan. I guess using the word "analyze" implies that.
yea i already messaged funnyman

Lol, my bad I guess I just saw the overload of calculations.

A good coach is worth more than you pay them.
You will learn so much. They will get you where you want to be. Some will hold you accountable.

I laugh at what some guys spend on useless supplements hoping for some miracle when if they spent a fraction of that on a coach they would achieve their goals as long as they put in the work

for a fat loss diet you seem to have a lot of junk in there.
Popcorn, ketchup and chocolate? Fried chicken and jam? You are counting calories, but are you looking at sugar? Not all calories are same.
If it were me i would replace the junk calories with more lean meat proteins.

Your calories look low enough, that I'm sure you will lose fat. Although you may want to cut out the junk food to speed it up.

Man my advice...

Go back to the basics - eat the same thing for 2 weeks and see if you gain or lose. Use a TDEE calculator and start from there.

Keep it super simple initially; chicken, rice, eggs, beef, fish, oats, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, almond butter.

You've got a lot of shit in there if you're trying to lose weight.

This is some of the best and simple advice @hussein. Keep it super simple for a couple weeks and then make some changes from there. The key is to make sure it tastes good too otherwise you will never succeed. Its okay to use condiments like hot sauce, mustard, soy sauce, salt, & pepper....the food has to taste good too.

If I may speak to what @Sorbate said, it appears to me by your posts and the questions that you are asking that you are just at the start of the learning journey into the world of nutrition and diet matters. We tend to send folks to @Funnyman pretty quickly when that is the case. His reputation is stellar and once someone uses him they are excited to share what a good experience it was with anyone who will listen.

No one will tell you you have to use him or at least they shouldn't. The thing is it will save you a ton of time and grief. You can get yourself educated on the subject over time in many different ways and you should. Dealing with Funnyman would be like a frontload on that process though. It will likely save you years of often misdirected energy spent searching for the knowledge and sifting through the mountain of outright bullshit and agenda driven nutritional info out there. Even at that you may never catch up to him because a big part of weight and body management comes from experience and real life experimentation which he has years of with a boatload of people.

Many ways to skin a cat, as @3ml alluded to you'll save time and money by paying (shockingly little in this case) for someone else's years of experience. Finding an advisor that is worth it is the trick, trust the folks recommending him here, I don't recall seeing a negative post or complaint about him in all these years.

Listen to the advice given here - most forums have good coaches who forgot more than most guys who lift know.
