I am on quite a few medical journal email lists and occasionally something pops up that is worthwhile to post. I think what you may want to do for a start is use Google Scholar for your searches. If you find a brief or an abstract that you want more info on some have links to PDF's that offer the full text version. If I want to find a full text on some really interesting stuff that doesn't have a link I search for the authors to see if it is buried deeper in the search world. This often leads to some varied and interesting stuff.
Quick edit: If you check the reference list of each article you can find a plethora of links that will have content related to the article.

All I got from this was bodybuilders that used aas seemed to be more serious about supplementation.
