Road to 2019 TO Pro qualifier

Hey brothers! I will be updating this log weekly with my progress towards my TO Pro qualifier in June 2019. I've done 6 or 7 shows and so far I've managed to get a few overall titles and the worst I've done is 3rd. I'm a men's physique competitor and hitting it hard this year to get the experience of hitting a national stage. Current weight is is 189lbs in the am. Bodyfat is getting a tad more than what I like, so I will most likely lower calories a bit so I can still enjoy my couple cheats a week. Current workout split is chest-back-shoulders-rest-arms-legs-rest. Will be posting pics and more information soon!
 
Good morning brawners! I hope all of you had an amazing summer, but now it's time to nut up and get those quality gainz going again!! Sorry i haven't posted, but the last few weeks of summer were busy with family visits and what not. So i kept my focus on training, eating and have put media on back burner for the month of August. But now my fav time of the year has arrived and it's time to get at it again! For the last 3 or 4, despite not posting, my training and nutrition have been on point. Kept it clean in the week and had 1 cheat meal on the weekends. Current weight this weekend for my check-in was 187.8 lbs. I like where my body fat is right now. Not super lean, but i still have some shape. My current workout split will be done after this week and then it's time to move on to a new training phase. I am about 10 weeks post show and feeling great, other than my shoulder. But it is gradually getting better with my mobility work and physio. Macros for this week are 240P/450C/85F with a weekend cheat meal. 15 minutes moderate steady state cardio as well in the day at any point. I usually do it before going to work as it wakes me up and makes me feel ready to tackle the day. Current PED's are 250 Test cyp/week, 900EQ/week, 25MG MK677/day, 10MG LGD-4033/day, 5MG Cialis Pre-workout. In approximately 5 weeks i will be changing up my PED Protocol. Hey brothers!! Here is a little update! Just started a new training phase. Workout split is Arms-Legs-Rest-back/chest-Shoulders-rest-Power Day(compound movements with low rep). Currently sitting at 187lbs in the am. Current macros are 240P/500C/75F. I usually have a cheat meal on the weekend as well. In a few days i will best starting a new cycle which will be 600 test, 400 npp, 900EQ 10mg LGD-4033. Feeling great, but tonight i feel like i am about to start a cold.....hopefully it won't be too bad! Here is a comparison picture my coach sent me. To the left is me at 183lbs about 8 months ago and to the right is me right now at 187lbs. I am not flexing on the left pic, but i am extremely pleased with the progress i am making!

Thank you for the positive words brothers! Just received an update from my coach and he is very happy with my progress. Macros for the upcoming week are set at 240P/500C/85F for a total of 3725 Calories. We are assuming that i will make it up to about 4000 Cals and max out there so bodyfat will not be out of control. If anyone has any questions along the way, don't hesitate. I am now waiting for my Force Blend by Orion (100mg test prop/100mg NPP). I am excited to see results with this blend!! I will also be using 0.5mg of Dostinex(Caber) at twice a week during NPP as Nor-19's sky rocket my prolactin levels very quickly.
 
Hey people! A little update. About to start week 5 of my test/npp cycle. Trying to keep lean gainz going. Now doing a mini cut before Xmas time comes along so I can enjoy myself without going off track. Although it's a cut, I'm still in a caloric surplus for muscle growth, so things should keep progressing. Currently sitting a 189lbs and macros are 240P/400C/65F. Here is a shot of my physique this morning
