My bp is usually around 120-130 70-80 lipids aren't bad but just curious if this is normal on cycle I'm currently taking test 500 primo 500 3iu hgh and 2mg reta

Is the rate you get when you do you blood pressure readings?
Mine is 79-80 lots when I take my blood pressure

I've noticed a slight elevation in RHR on my past couple cycles. 10bpm at the most though. What does it look like off cycle?

I wouldn't get your resting heart rate from a blood pressure monitor. My fitbit tracks mine and I've noticed it bases it solely off of my sleeping heart rate. Your not actually resting if your propped up in a chair operating some device

I don't get it from a blood pressure monitor I use a garmin watch I'm just stating what my bp range is

In that case I'd say it sounds a bit higher, how's your electrolyte intake? Do you take stimulants? Are you cutting or in a deficit and have you donated blood or checked your hematocrit?

It’s definitely the 2mg of Reta you’re on.

I’ve been interested in taking this compound and did lots of reading on people’s experiences. A lot of people have reported up to 10 bpm increase in their RHR.

60-70

hematocrit in good range last checked 3 weeks ago electrolytes could be slightly better but overall pretty balance and no I'm bulking

I’d be a little concerned, personally
Doctors say it can be up to 100 but I’d rather it start with a 6 or 7 max. L theanine, Carlsons maximum fish oil and black seed oil are three supplements that can really help with your rhr, or so my research and experience tells me but I’m not a doctor or an expert by any means

My RHR is generally 70-75 when on cycle.
Off cycle I’ll be in the high 60’s.
I’m 6’2 220 lbs for reference, in my 30’s.

To answer your question, 80RHR doesn’t sound crazy. If it was pushing 100 constantly while at rest, I would worry a bit. At that point, If you’re just sitting there with a high heart rate; how does your body fair while under stress while exercising?

Curious - the referral to RHR based on bulking vs. non bulking, do you believe that is because you increased your PED usage or food increase or a combo of?

I’m not sure and it is kind of hard to pin point what is the cause of it being that this is my first traditional bulk ever (I usally main gain) I’ve never ate this much food in my life so that could be a factor. I know retatrutide increases rhr so that can also be a factor. And on top of that the peds I’m taking definitely contribute to it I’m usually sitting around 70 on maintenance and no peds so I don’t think to be in the 80-90 range is that out of whack considering all of these variables

Do you mind me asking why you are taking retatrutide, an experimental drug for obesity and type 2 diabetes - helps feel full, when you are pushing full to grow? I get the lean bulk idea, but most bulks I wouldn't want something that suppresses my appetite.
Not saying it is wrong to do this but if I want to put on weight, I do it with food more so than any PED and don't want anything to stop the desire to eat.
Interesting experimental drug, if it turns out to be safe as still in testing stage, for NAFL/MASFL too. It sounds promising for 2027 if it keeps passing through the phases. I think it is in phase 3 and then years later in phase 4 we will learn if it is safe.
Are you using any fish oil now?

Yeah, using reta on a bulk is like trying to fill the tub with the drain open.
While it's a fantastic peptide for a cut it's pretty weird to see it used alongside a mass phase. Maybe a physiological snare from his years trying to " maingain "

I found a perfect dose where I have no appetite suppression so the main purpose behind it is just help keep my insulin resistance relatively low since I’m really pounding the carbs and help with nutrient portioning basically getting all the benefits without the appetite suppression

Like OP mentioned, I’ve heard it’s great at low doses in a growth phase. Keeping it at a low enough dose should provide many of the GLP-1 benefits without the appetite suppression. I’m certain that in the near future, Reta will be the go-to drug for managing blood glucose and insulin sensitivity opposed to Metformin.

Tons of people are using Reta on bulking programs, the idea being a small dose leaves you hungry for all your meals and that’s it, no “food noise” or cravings as they call it. Also blood glucose regulation. Also it stops a lot of fat gain.
Dare I say by this point a lot a lot a lot of people in bodybuilding are using Reta during massing phases
